Cleaning of amusement equipment:
After the amusement equipment has been operating at full capacity for a day, it is inevitable that various dirt and bacteria will remain on different equipment due to different tourists’ living habits. In addition to cleaning the surface of the amusement equipment during daily maintenance and cleaning, it is also necessary to do special cleaning of the surface by a special disinfectant for disinfection.
Maintenance work of amusement equipment:
After the playground is closed, the power must be cut off in time to allow the equipment to rest, and the vents must be opened to exhaust. In case of rain, the amusement equipment is outside, and the rain should be avoided. The stagnant water on the amusement equipment should be removed. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be kept in a well-ventilated and non-humid place to prevent the equipment from being damaged by humans.And the deworming work in the storage room should be done well to prevent rodents and insect bites.
External maintenance:
The main purpose is to keep the the appearance of the amusement equipment clean. Use a clean soft cloth to wipe the exterior paint surface regularly, and do not let the equipment contact acid or alkaline objects. If there are scratches left accidentally on the paint surface of the amusement equipment,pls wipe them with a cloth dampened with alcohol, toilet water, kerosene or tea water. If it is too obvious, the scratches can be repainted with the same paint.
Metal parts:
For the metal parts, pls use a brush to remove rust and clean it with a dry cloth. After being exposed to the sun, you can buy some colorless self-spray paint at a distance of about 20 cm, and spray it while sweeping, and spray it again after it dries. Wash, dry, and disinfect after the paint is completely dry.
Circuit and electrical parts cleaning work:
First, make sure that the power is turned off and watering is prohibited,wipe with a damp cloth, and then connect it to the power supply after it is dry.
Currently,most of the amusement equipment is outdoors, so it is often baptized by wind and rain. If the amusement equipment is soaked by rain, first move it to a dry ground, drain the water inside, and dry it to avoid water erosion.
The materials of amusement equipment are mostly plastic, glass steel and metal. When cleaning plastics and glass fiber reinforced plastics, we can dilute and soak them with soapy water, disinfectant washing powder, bleaching powder, etc., scrub them with a soft cloth or soft brush, and then rinse them with clean water. And you can use a brush to remove the rust on the metal part and clean it with a dry cloth. After exposure to the sun, you can spray it with paint, and spray it again after it dries to protect it. Wash, dry, and disinfect after the paint is completely dry.
When maintaining the equipment, be sure to check whether the connection part is firm, the metal connection part with frequent movement, whether the circuit electrical appliances and ordinary parts are damaged, and all parts cannot be left with spikes to avoid potential safety hazards.
