What Are The Loads And Stresses Of Amusement Equipment China?
Classification of load and stress
1) Amusement Equipment China Classification of loads:
The loads acting on mechanical parts are divided into loads and variable loads according to whether their magnitude and direction change with time. A load that does not change with time or changes slowly is called a static load, such as the gravity of an object; a load that changes periodically or aperiodically with time is called a variable load.
In the design and calculation of mechanical parts, the load is divided into nominal load and calculation load. The nominal load is the load acting on the part calculated by the mechanical formula according to the rated power of the prime mover or the load. It does not reflect the characteristics of the load changing with time, the unevenness of the load acting on the part and other influences on the part. load factor, etc. Strictly speaking, it cannot be used as a true load for part design calculations. The calculated load is the load used for part design calculation after comprehensively considering various actual influencing factors.
2) Amusement Equipment China Classification of stress:
According to whether the magnitude and direction of stress change with time, stress is divided into static stress and variable stress. Stress that does not change with time or changes slowly is called static stress. Static stress can only be generated under static load. The failure form of parts is mainly fracture damage or plastic deformation. Stress that changes with time is called variable stress, and variable stress can be changed. The load can also be generated by static load (see Figure 2-66), and the failure mode of the part is mainly fatigue failure.

The variable stress can be classified into three basic forms: asymmetric cyclic variable stress, pulsating cyclic variable stress and symmetrical cyclic variable stress.
