Welding, also known as metallurgical connection forming, is a process in which an inseparable joint is obtained by heating or pressing (or both) atoms on two separated surfaces to a lattice distance and forming a metal bond. It is usually used by producing many amusement equipment,such as amusement park equipment、amusement rides、family rides、carnival fair rides、amusement equipment, etc.

1.Welding method

The number of welding methods has been developed to today, and there are no less than dozens of them. We can classify them from different angles, including family method, unary coordinate method, binary coordinate method, etc. The most commonly used is family method, which is classified according to welding process characteristics, that is, according to welding process characteristics. Whether the base metal is melted during the process and whether pressure is applied to the base metal is classified. According to this classification method, welding methods can be divided into three categories: fusion welding, pressure welding and brazing.

(1)Fusion Welding

Fusion welding is a welding method to heat the base metal which is waiting to weld to melt and to be welt joint without pressure.The basic feature is that the base metal is melted without  pressure.

According to the different welding heat sources,the method of fusion welding will dividing into:arc welding with arc as the main heat source (including electrode arc welding, submerged arc welding, non-polar gas shielded welding, melting electrode argon arc welding, CO2 gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, etc.)  ；Gas welding with chemical energy as heat source；Electroslag welding with slag resistance heat as heat source;Electron beam welding and laser welding, etc., use high-energy beams as heat sources.

(2)Pressure welding

Use physical effects such as friction, diffusion and pressure to overcome the unevenness of two continuous surfaces, remove oxide films and other contaminants, to make the atoms on the two continuous surfaces approach each other to the lattice position, so as to realize the connection under solid state conditions. What we called it pressure welding;

The base feature will with pressure during the  welding ,there is 2 format : one is heat the welding materials with electrode connection part until the plastic state or local parts to be melting state . And then with a certain pressure to form it to be a firm weld connector , such as resistance welding, friction welding, gas pressure welding, diffusion welding and forging welding;

The other one is without heating but just push enough pressure on the contact surface for the welding materials to deform and to be a firm welding connector , such as cold pressure welding, explosion welding, ultrasonic welding, etc.

(3)Soldering

Soldering will use a lower melting than the base metal during welding,heat the welding parts and solder with a higher welting but lower than base metal to connect the reality with inter-diffusion of base metal to full fill the gap of connector by using liquid solder to wetting the base metal.The character is that the base metal will not welt during the welding and only the solder will welting .450℃。Soldering will be divided into hard solder and soft solder according to it welting .The welting of hard solder is higher 450℃ and the soft solder will lower that .

In addition, according to the different soldering heat sources and protection conditions, it can also be divided into flame soldering, induction soldering , furnace soldering and salt bath soldering.
