The file management personnel of the user unit shall establish a ledger of large amusement equipment, which shall include at least the name of the equipment, the type of equipment, the manufacturer, the purchase time, the installation unit, the inspection status, the use status, the major maintenance status and other changes. A ledger should also be established for the safety accessories, measurement and control devices and related ancillary instruments and meters of large amusement facilities.

The user unit shall establish a large amusement parks equipment operator’s ledger, which shall at least include name, operation category, operation license number, time for obtaining the license, and the status of replacement of the license.

Large amusement equipment must establish technical files one by one and keep them properly. The contents of the technical files include at least: registration form for large amusement parks equipment; random factory documents for large amusement parks equipment; technical documents for installation, transformation and maintenance of large amusement equipment; records of operation, maintenance, equipment failure and accident handling of large amusement equipment; large amusement equipment Operator training, assessment and certificate management records; large amusement parks equipment supervision and inspection reports and regular inspection reports.
