What Are The Types Of Cylindrical Worms In Carnival Amusement Equipment?
Classification of cylindrical worms:
①Carnival Amusement Equipment Archimedes worm (ZA worm): a cylindrical worm whose tooth surface is an Archimedes helix, its end face tooth profile is an Archimedes helix, and the axial tooth profile is a straight line, so it is also called an axial straight line. profile worm (see Figure 2-114).
②Carnival Amusement Equipment Involute worm (ZI worm): The tooth surface is a cylindrical worm with an involute helical surface, and its end face tooth profile is an involute.
③Carnival Amusement Equipment Normal straight profile worm (ZN) worm: in the normal plane perpendicular to the tooth line, or in the normal plane perpendicular to the helix at the midpoint of the tooth slot, or in the normal plane perpendicular to the helix at the midpoint of the tooth thickness. Cylindrical worms with a straight profile are called normal straight profile worms.

⑤Arc cylindrical worm (ZC worm).Carnival Amusement Equipment Application range:amusement park、playground、theme park.
Note: The processing method of Archimedes worm is similar to that of turning trapezoidal thread. It has better process performance and is convenient to manufacture and measure. It is the most widely used cylindrical worm.
