Main structure
The Ferris wheel consists of an outer ring support track, a rotating arm, a cockpit, a driving mechanism and an electrical control operating system.
(1)Outer ring bracket track. The outer ring bracket track is a circular track welded by steel plates (usually two tracks are a group), which is made of several arc tracks (Figure 3-107) connected by flanges and then welded. (2) Swivel arm. The swivel arm is a box-shaped structure made of welded steel plates. The middle is connected to the main shaft through a slewing bearing, one end is flanged or welded with counterweight, and the other end is flanged or welded to the cockpit, as shown in Figure 3-109.
(3) Cabin Cabin: It is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, fixed on the steel structure bracket, and installed with shoulder-type safety pressure bars and seat belts, as shown in Figure 3-110.
(4)Drive mechanism and electrical control operating system. The driving mechanism consists of a motor, a chain, a V-belt, a sprocket and a driving wheel, as shown in Figure 3-111. Working principle
The working principle of the Ferris wheel family ride is: when the Ferris wheel starts, the motor rotates with electricity, and then outputs to the concentric shaft through the V-belt or chain (Figure 3-112), and then the sprocket and the chain drive wheel rotate to drive the wheel. (Figure 3-113) Under the action of the spring, it is tightly pressed on the inner side of the circular track, and the driving wheel generates frictional force on the inner ring surface of the track. This frictional force makes the driving wheel roll along the circular track, and the driving wheel drives the The car body runs synchronously.
Safety device
The safety device of the Ferris wheel amusement park ride has safety bars and seat belts. The safety pressure bar adopts the same structure as the high-altitude moon capture. The seat belt adopts the buckle-type locking device of the car seat belt.
