What Are The Lubricants Used In Outdoor Amusement Ride, And What Should Be Paid Attention To?
The use of lubricants in amusement equipment is a medium that improves the friction state to reduce friction and reduce wear, and has an anti-corrosion function. When the liquid lubricant adopts circulating lubrication, it can also play the role of heat dissipation and cooling. In addition, the lubricating oil film has the ability to buffer and absorb vibration. Grease also has the function of sealing.
Lubricants can be divided into four basic types: liquid lubricants, semi-solid lubricants, solid lubricants and gas lubricants.
1.Liquid lubricants: The most widely used liquid lubricants are lubricating oils, which include organic oils, mineral oils and synthetic oils.
Semi-solid lubricant (grease): Grease is a paste-like mixture made by adding thickeners (such as calcium, lithium, and sodium metal soaps) to lubricating oil, commonly known as butter or dry oil. Different greases can be divided into: anti-wear grease (mainly used to improve the friction state of the friction pair to slow down wear), protective grease (used to prevent corrosion of parts and metal products), sealing grease (mainly used for for sealing vacuum systems, pipe fittings, threaded connections, etc.).
2.Solid lubricant:
The friction surface is separated by solid powder or film to achieve the purpose of reducing friction and reducing wear. It is mainly used in fear of pollution, difficult maintenance and special working conditions (such as extreme load, extremely low speed, low temperature, high temperature, radiation resistance, space or vacuum, etc.).
3.Outdoor Amusement Ride Gas lubricant:
The friction surface of the moving pair is separated by a gas film with sufficient pressure by means of dynamic pressure or static pressure and is subjected to external load, thereby reducing frictional resistance and surface wear during movement. The gas used as a lubricant is mainly air, but nitrogen, helium, carbon monoxide and water vapor can also be used.
