What are the structure and precautions of the amusement equipment rotary swing?
Amusement park Pendulum
Amusement park ride rotary swing (Figure 3-134) has one more rotation mode than the pirate ship. The combination of its rotary motion and swinging motion greatly improves the excitement of the equipment and makes tourists feel more thrilling.
1.The main structure. Family ride rotary swing is composed of bracket, hanging system, rotating power system and cockpit, swing power system, platform and electrical gas control system, as shown in Figure 3-135.

1) Stand. The bracket is the same as that of the Corsair, and is also a herringbone structure made of steel pipes.
2) Hanging system. The hanging system consists of a hanging column made of a round tube to bear the weight of the entire cockpit. The upper end is connected with the lifting lug through the hanging shaft, and the lower end is connected with the cockpit frame through the flange, as shown in Figure 3-136.

3)Rotary powertrain and cockpit. The rotary power system consists of a motor fixed at the lower end of the hanging column, a V-belt, a pinion, and a large gear fixed in the cockpit through a slewing bearing, as shown in Figure 3-137. The cockpit is divided into upper and lower parts: the upper part is connected with the hanging column through a slewing bearing, and the seat is fixed around; the lower part is fixed with the hanging column, and an arc-shaped channel steel track is installed in the center of the bottom to contact the friction wheel. As shown in Figure 3-138.

4)Swing power system. The swing power system is similar to that of a pirate ship. The motor is connected to the pulley through the V-belt, and the pulley is connected to the friction wheel through two universal joints and a connecting shaft. A hydraulic cylinder is connected under the fixed bracket of the friction wheel, and the top of the hydraulic cylinder is connected. The lifting friction wheel is in contact with the channel steel rail at the bottom of the cockpit, as shown in Figure 3-139.

5)Platform and electrical control system. The composition of the station and electrical control system is the same as that of the Corsair.
2.Working principle The movement of the rotary swing consists of two parts: rotating movement and swinging movement.
1)The working principle of rotary motion: the motor drives the pinion to move through the V-belt, the pinion meshes with the large gear to drive the large gear, and the rotating part of the cockpit is connected with the large gear, so the rotating part of the cockpit rotates.
2)The working principle of the swing motion: the motor drives the pulley to rotate through the V-belt, the pulley drives the friction wheel to rotate through the connecting shaft, and the hydraulic cylinder lifts the friction wheel to contact the channel steel track at the bottom of the cabin to generate friction, which drives the cabin to swing.
3.Amusement rides safety equipment. The safety device of the rotary swing consists of a safety pressure bar, a safety belt and a swing limit switch. The safety lever is a shoulder-type lever, which is locked by a ratchet pawl device (Figure 3-140) and a solenoid valve lock. Seat belts are snap-fastened safety belts similar to car seat belts, as shown in Figure 3-141. The working principle and function of the swing limit switch are the same as those of the Corsair.
